Agurts SA pilot

The introduction of SAs drove modern warfare and the arms race towards new heights. Combined arms tactics were overhauled and redesigned to adapt to the versatility of SAs. Early SA pilots were selected from experienced armored vehicle pilots with healthy physiques. However, the early SAs each had their own separate operating systems, and proper training regimens had yet to be developed. Therefore, only a handful of individuals could fully tap the prowess and potential of SAs.

During the research and development of the Laurel series, our country collected a large amount of combat data from Speeder MK1 and MK2. By repeatedly optimizing the Speeder’s operating system, we derived a list of core principles and algorithms that would become the foundation of the Laurel OS. We revamped the screening process, and created the special SA training academy in the engineering city of Auth. The school has many subjects focusing on different aspects and applications of SAs. Classes range from operations and tactics for commanders, to accuracy training for ranged SA weaponry, to physical combat lessons that complement the combat prowess of melee SAs. Since considerable time and resources are consumed to train an excellent SA pilot, we have correspondingly placed equal effort in reinforcing the SA cockpit to guarantee pilot safety.

Tactical pilot helmets differ by the nature of their roles on the battlefield. Each type of helmet provides a different set of battlefield data and analysis. Some common types are: assault, reconnaissance and long-range support. SA pilot uniforms have a force badge on the arm to indicate their corresponding unit, though some soldiers will add their own personal logos on the uniform as well.
